The Law Of Non-Resistance states that "What You Resist Persists." The more you hate or dislike a certain thing, the more difficult it will be to remove from your life.

The Law of Non-Resistance is one of 11 Forgotten Universal Laws, and is the one law that is most often forgotten and neglected. Yet mastering this law can dramatically improve your life.

When you learn how to be in harmony with the 11 Forgotten Universal Laws your life become easier, you'll achieve your goals faster and overall success will be that much easier.

Regardless of your upbringing and circumstances I'm certain that you want to progress and succeed in life, otherwise you wouldn't be reading this article. It's only natural to want to improve yourself and your life. Yet most of u haven't achieved the level of success that we desire and this can be very frustrating.

You may be in a situation you hate and that you are resisting, not realizing that it is this very resistance that is keeping you stuck and preventing you from moving forward in your life.

You need to able to accept yourself and your present circumstances as is. This doesn't mean that you don't want to improve or to achieve or have more. But you need to accept that this is the way things are now. And you need to learn to be happy right now and not postpone your happiness for some time in the future when you have achieved all of your goals and dreams.

This isn't easy, but it's vitally important. Because until you stop resisting the negative situation will persist in your life.

You need to understand that where you are right now is a result of your past thoughts, feelings and actions. And when you resist this present state you are giving energy to it.

Ralph Waldo Emerson was spot on when he said

"The only thing that grows is that which you give energy to."

What The Law Of Non-Resistance teaches is that you have to embrace where you are right now, give yourself credit for all your past achievements while looking forward to an even better future.

How do you know if you are resisting your current situation? Take some time to think of the typical thoughts that run go through your mind when you are resisting your current situation:

I'm such a loser.

I hate my life.

My life is such a disappointment.

I'm not good enough.I'm so fat and ugly.

These are all negative, disempowering thoughts will take you further away from your dreams.

When you are in a state of resistance your mind and body are engaged in a conflict. There is an tremendous inner struggle. Any positive thoughts you have or affirmations you may do are countered and neutralized by these negative, resisting thoughts.

Can you see now why The Law Of Attraction isn't working for you?

You life will not improve until you improve the quality of your thinking.

Actively practicing the Law of Non-Resistance will make you calmer, more focused and a lot more confident about achieving your goals and dreams. You no longer waste your precious mental energy fighting your current life. Instead you will find a way to positively deal with whatever challenges come your way and use them as stepping stones to a better life and a better you.

The Law of Non-Resistance is just one of 11 Universal Laws that silently govern all of our lives. These laws were created to impart order and harmony to the Universe. You cannot break these laws, you can only break yourself by not applying them. Chaos, confusion and pain result from not applying these 11 Universal laws in your life.
